Ralph, love the long-term (as opposed to quick-fix) approach you're taking with thinking deeply about the e-discovery team and the process that's going to be required to drive this change in large enterprises. Here at Clearwell, many of our customers really are breaking new ground in their organizations with regard to putting more rigor and protocol in place around e-discovery (and figuring out how to do that in a collaborative way across the IT, legal, and business constituencies)! For our part, we're being pushed aggressively on the product and technology side to deliver solutions that can be used as a shared resource serving as the core/hub of the ediscovery team, but able to connect with the various "spokes" in a simple but integrated fashion... a tall order, to be sure, but one that's going to be critical for maturing the ediscovery process in leading organizations.
